Invertase

Invertase splits sucrose into glucose and fructose. That mix is invert sugar, which is sweeter than the sucrose it came from and far slower to crystallise. It is used for liquid sugar, syrups, confectionery and soft centre fillings where a stable, non-grainy sugar is needed.

Sugar Enzymes Supplier in Bangladesh

Infinita Biotech is one of the largest sugar enzyme suppliers in Bangladesh. We help sugar mills and refineries across the country with high-quality enzymes. Our products are made at a DSIR-recognised facility in Vadodara, India, and every shipment comes with a Certificate of Analysis that confirms the activity you were quoted.

Enzymes such as Dextranase and Amylase make sugar processing more efficient and save energy.

In sugar production, enzymes remove materials that stop sugar from crystallising or make the juice too thick. Sugar cane can contain starch, which makes the juice thick and cloudy and slows down filtration. A heat-stable Alpha-Amylase enzyme fixes this. It works well at the high temperatures and pH levels of the first evaporation stage.

Our sugar enzyme range includes:

  • Alpha Amylase for Hydrolyzing Starch
  • Dextranase Enzyme for Hydrolyzing Dextran
  • Enzymes Based Biocide
  • Invertase
  • Glucose Isomerase

Across the Bangladeshi market, Infinita Biotech offers a comprehensive range of high-performance sugar enzymes, matched to the requirements of sugar milling and refining and supported by custom formulation work and steady export logistics.

Production sits in a DSIR recognised facility holding internationally recognised quality certifications. For buyers in Bangladesh that means consistent quality batch to batch, technical support through trials and scale up, and dependable supply.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Not sure which enzyme suits your process?

Send your process conditions and a sample. Our application chemists run it at the Vadodara lab and come back with dosage, temperature and pH.

Advantages of Enzymatic Sugar Processing

  • Lower operating temperature and reduced chemical consumption
  • Consistent batch to batch activity, verified on a Certificate of Analysis
  • Biodegradable, breaking down to amino acids after the reaction
  • Lower effluent load and a lighter organic and chemical load at the outlet
  • Trial quantities available so the process can be proven on your own line
  • Application support from a dedicated chemist through trials and scale up

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship sugar enzymes to Bangladesh, and how long does it take?

L
K
Yes. Consignments are dispatched from our Vadodara plant to your nominated port or inland destination in Bangladesh. Routing and transit time are confirmed with your quotation. Documentation, including the certificate of analysis, MSDS and certificate of origin, travels with every shipment.

What is the minimum order quantity for a Bangladesh buyer?

L
K
Trial quantities are available so the enzyme can be proven on your own process before committing. Once the process is settled, regular supply is packed in drums and carboys sized to the dosing pattern your unit already uses.

Will the enzyme suit the process conditions we run?

L
K
Our sugar range is formulated for cane and beet processing, clarification and viscosity reduction. Send your current process conditions, temperature, pH and residence time, and our application team will recommend dosage and a starting trial before you place an order.

Are the products certified for export supply chains?

L
K
Infinita Biotech holds ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certification, and the sugar range carries ISO 22000, which is the certification most buyers auditing a Bangladesh vendor ask their vendors to evidence.

Can you match or replace an enzyme we currently import?

L
K
In most cases yes. Share the technical data sheet and the process conditions of the product you use now. We benchmark activity, temperature window and pH range, then supply a trial lot for a side by side run on your line.

Who do we contact for technical support after the first order?

L
K
Every account is assigned an application chemist who stays with the plant through trials, scale up and routine supply. Support runs over call and email, with plant visits arranged for larger programmes.
