Job Role – The Senior Business Development Executive will lead international market expansion, generate new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and build long-term client partnerships.

Job Role – Perform enzyme assays using various analytical methods.
Develop and optimize assays as per standard requirements.
Troubleshoot errors and analytical issues during enzyme analysis and suggest corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with GDP and GLP guidelines.
Adhere strictly to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines to maintain data integrity and lab safety.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
Coordinate with the team for timely QC testing and reporting.

• Maintain and update the integrated project master schedule using MS Project/Primavera.


• Identify and mitigate critical-path delays across upstream, downstream, formulation, and utility blocks.


• Track project milestones from design review through final handover.


• Mechanical, electrical and automation contractor coordination.


• Work package and project timeline monitoring.


• Coordination with procurement and purchase teams


• Ensure all site execution teams strictly adhere to safety protocols, cleanroom zoning rules, and dust-explosion protection codes (ATEX / NFPA).


• Schedule and log tests for pre-commissioning phases, including hydro-testing, loop checks, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and ZLD water trials.


• Ensure seamless handshakes between the wet processing blocks (Fermentation and DSP) and the dry processing units (Spray Dryer and Granulation suites).


• Coordinate the deployment timelines for the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and thermal crystallisation systems (MEE/MVR) to ensure complete Zero Liquid Discharge readiness before plant scale-up.

Technical Prerequisites: –

• High proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or Jira) and reading engineering schematics (P&IDs).


• Familiarity with the installation steps of spray dryers, granulators, and biological wastewater systems.


• Strong working knowledge of industrial project structures, punch-list management, and change-order tracking.
