Dairy Enzymes Supplier in Poland

Infinita Biotech is one of the largest dairy enzyme manufacturers supplying Poland, offering high grade enzymatic solutions to dairies and cheese plants across the country. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we have built a reputation for consistency in an industry where batch variation costs a plant an entire lot. Our products are manufactured at a DSIR recognised facility in Vadodara, India, using both powder and liquid production lines, and every consignment ships with a Certificate of Analysis against the activity you were quoted.

The dairy industry is the traditional user of enzymes for the production and improvement of cheese, yogurt, and other milk products. In the dairy industry, enzymes are used for a range of functions from coagulants to cheese ripening, to improve the solubility and taste of dairy products, and application of bioprotective enzymes to increase the shelf life and safety of products.

The most popular dairy enzyme preparation is rennet which clots milk by removing a highly charged peptide fragment from kappa-casein on the surface of micellar casein, a major form of milk protein. Apart from using milk-clotting enzymes to make cheese, the dairy industry also makes use of non-coagulant proteases, lipases, aminopeptidases, carboxypeptidases, lysozyme, lactase, and lactoperoxidase for various applications including debittering and flavour generation in protein hydrolysates.

Our dairy enzyme range includes:

  • Lactase
  • Lipase
  • Transglutaminase
  • Rennet

Infinita Biotech covers the Polish market with a broad range of high-performance dairy enzymes for dairy processing, combining customised formulations with reliable export support.

DSIR recognition and internationally recognised quality certifications sit behind every consignment, and partners in Poland are supported with consistent product quality, technical guidance and a reliable supply line. Documentation is prepared to the EU regulatory framework, including REACH registration status and a safety data sheet in the EU format.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship dairy enzymes to Poland, and how long does it take?

L
K
Yes. Consignments are dispatched from our Vadodara plant to your nominated port or inland destination in Poland. Routing and transit time are confirmed with your quotation. Documentation, including the certificate of analysis, MSDS and certificate of origin, travels with every shipment.

What is the minimum order quantity for a Poland buyer?

L
K
Trial quantities are available so the enzyme can be proven on your own process before committing. Once the process is settled, regular supply is packed in drums and carboys sized to the dosing pattern your unit already uses.

Will the enzyme suit the process conditions we run?

L
K
Our dairy range is formulated for cheese, whey, lactose free milk and yoghurt lines. Send your current process conditions, temperature, pH and residence time, and our application team will recommend dosage and a starting trial before you place an order.

Are the products certified for export supply chains?

L
K
Infinita Biotech holds ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certification, and the dairy range carries FSSAI and ISO 22000, which is the certification most buyers auditing a Poland vendor ask their vendors to evidence.

Can you match or replace an enzyme we currently import?

L
K
In most cases yes. Share the technical data sheet and the process conditions of the product you use now. We benchmark activity, temperature window and pH range, then supply a trial lot for a side by side run on your line.

Who do we contact for technical support after the first order?

L
K
Every account is assigned an application chemist who stays with the plant through trials, scale up and routine supply. Support runs over call and email, with plant visits arranged for larger programmes.
