Flocculants:

Juice clarification is the most important part at the beginning of the sugar process. This process involves a range of clarifier types. Pure flax A23 is a high-quality flocculant. It has extra high molecular weight anionic water-soluble powder polymer. This flocculants with an anionic nature expose its negative charge when in aqueous solution. In this step, the liquid/solid separation start which removes all the mud, leaves and trash that were brought in with the initial raw material. This results in high performance of juice, filtrate, syrup and melt clarifiers, it is also highly used indecanders.

Colour Precipitants:

Colour precipitants are used to reduce the ash content of sugar juice, which in turn increases the clarity and sparkle of the juice, as well as the sugar yield. Pure Chemicals colour precipitants help enhance the quality of sugar. Pure folk CP32 are specially designed chemicals, which are very simple yet powerful to use in the sugar industry. They help in fast processing of the sugar industry. Specially developed Poly DADMAC & Poly AMINE polymers with Cationic properties representing an extremely simple way of removing colour from Sugar Juice, Syrup and Melt liquors. Cationic syrup colour precipitants help in neutralising the negatively charge colouring matters and thereby causing precipitation. The precipitated color is subsequently removed during syrup clarification.

Mill Sanitation Biocides:

Delays between the harvesting and processing of cane and beet are frequently sufficient to allow the rapid growth of sugar-reducing bacteria such as the leuconostic species. The regular use of mill sanitation biocides within the mill kills these bacteria and minimises its further growth. Purekem 101 is a specially formulated Biocide, scientifically developed in order to inhibit & stop the growth of bacteria and fungi or other biomass during the milling process in sugar mills. This biocide maintains the purity of sugarcane juice and assures highest sugar recovery. It is highly stable over a wide range of pH and temperature. This biocide controls drop in purity and it is cost-effective, self-de-gradable and eco-friendly too.

Scale Inhibitors:

At the sugar industry, process equipment’s scaling and under deposit corrosion are serious problems, especially at the evaporators. The thermal efficiency of sugar evaporators is largely responsible for the overall efficiency sometimes the capacity of the industry. Deposits such as calcium salts of carbonates, sulphates, oxalates, silicates etc. precipitate on calendria tubes which are formed on the internal surfaces of the evaporator tubes prevent the heat transfer and consequently reduce the evaporation performance. Purekem 103 is a highly effective TripolymerPolyacrylate antiscalant formulated by Pure Chemicals, which helps to prevent the formations of scale inside the evaporator tubes.
