  • WHAT ARE ENZYMATIC PRODUCTS?

Enzymes is a substance produced by all living beings to carry out essential functions. Enzyme-based products are non-toxic and biodegradable solutions, which are safe to use, with no side effects to any living organism.

  • LARVAE DETAILS AND CROP DAMAGE

A Larvae is an immature form of an insect which typically follows life cycle from being an egg to pupae and finally maturing into a life-sized insect. It is difficult to directly to kill the pest through its life cycle using organic applications. Thus, pupae and larvae are those life stages which are used as the point to host on to the crops. They are also prone to organic enzyme based formulations. Thus, making them attack the host.

Adults chew holes into leaves and fruit stems. The feeding and hosting damage is mostly done on pinhead-sized and smaller fruits. From among the Rosacea Family, immature cherries are the most affected host of all. Immature cherries are quickly scarred which results in deformities during the process.   • How to Start with Application

Ecolarvacide is available in liquid form, which contains concentrated Enzyme. There are few measures to be taken, in order to process with the application of it on the plantation. This concentrated enzyme is required to be first diluted in the ratio of 1.5% of Ecolarvacide to 2.5% of volume in Clean Water and sprayed on the affected plantation.

  • Packaging

Ecolarvacide is available in 25 Kilogram and 50 Kilogram HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) drums. The packaging for this solution is customizable as per the requirements.

  • How to Store Ecolarvacide

For a solution like Ecolarvacide, it should be stored in a cold, dry place. It is required to store it in an unopened container away from direct sunlight in the shaded region. It helps it to maintain maximum activity or the intensity to affect if stored over for a longer period of time. Under such conditions, activity loss for this solution after a year should not exceed 5 to 10 percent. Extended storage under adverse condition, including high temperatures, may require to use of higher than the recommended dosage, as such conditions can make this solution loses its activity.

  • Preventive Measures

There are some preventive measures which are necessary to keep in mind while handling this product.

  • The process to prepare Liquid Enzymes are dust free. However, unprofessional or inappropriate handling may cause the formation of fumes or dust.
  • It is recommended to avoid the formation of aerosols and dirt from drying out or spilt enzyme.
  • Splashing and high-pressure washing should be averted. Fumes and dust may cause irritation when inhaled and do some damages.
  • Unnecessary contact with the solution and inhalation of dust should be avoided.
  • In case of any splurge or contact with the eyes or skin, rinse affected area promptly with plenty of water.
